Runtime
The marketing playbook
for technical founders.
Every founder runs marketing before they hire anyone for it. Runtime tells you what to run, and when — from stealth to launch.

The information was never the problem.
There's infinite advice and no idea what to do first.
What's scarce is orchestration — the right move, in the right order, at the right time. Runtime puts the whole sequence on one timeline: open the stage you're on and it tells you the moves to make next, and the ones to skip for now.
How it works
One timeline, in order
Your whole plan on a single spine — stealth, launch, then the post-launch engine. You always know where you are.
Now, next, not-yet
Every step is labelled for your stage. Knowing what to skip for now is half of what you're paying for.
Lessons teach, tactics run
Foundations get explained when they matter; the moves get a checklist you actually run.
One company, built throughout
Watch a real example — Fini, an agentic-FinOps startup — go from stealth to launch, one step at a time.
Who it's for
Early-stage technical founders — pre-seed to Series A — who got handed marketing before they hired anyone for it. If you'd rather be shipping code, it's built for you: plain, sequenced, and honest about what actually moves the needle at your stage.
What it is
- The right moves for your stage, and what to ignore for now
- Your plan in order: what to run now, what's next, what's not yet
- A straight read on the calls that are expensive to get wrong
What it isn't
- A course you'll abandon
- An agency pitch in disguise
- Another feed to scroll past
Who's behind it

Runtime is built by Ido Assaf— an engineer who became a marketer. I learned this job the way you're about to: by getting handed it. I've led marketing at Spot.io and Zesty, stepped in as an interim CMO, and now run fractional for deep-tech teams. The crossover is the whole point — I translate what you built into what the market needs to hear, and I tell you what to do when.
